Getting started with CashedUp is easy. Sign up for an account, create your first entity (Personal, Company, or Trust), and then connect your bank accounts to enable real-time tracking.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-grade AES-256 encryption. We never store your banking credentials directly—connections are handled via secure, read-only third-party integrators so your money can never be moved.

How do I handle multiple entities?

CashedUp is built from the ground up for complex financial structures. Use the Entity Selector in your dashboard to seamlessly swap between your personal accounts, business ledgers, and family trusts.

Does it support local CSV uploads?

Yes, you can manually upload CSV statements across all your entities if you prefer not to connect live bank feeds.

Where can I report a bug or request a feature?

Can I claim CashedUp on tax?

CashedUp subscription fees may be tax deductible if you use the app for business, work-related, investment, or tax record-keeping purposes.

If you use CashedUp only for personal budgeting, household bills, groceries, holidays, or general cashflow management, the subscription will generally not be tax deductible.

If your use is mixed between personal and income-producing purposes, you may need to apportion the deductible amount.

CashedUp may also offer an optional EOFY Tax Report as a one-off paid feature. This report is designed to help organise relevant financial information for tax preparation and may be deductible as a cost of managing tax affairs, depending on your circumstances.
